Robert Phelps is a technology entrepreneur and systems architect whose career began in filmmaking before pivoting into IT innovation. In 2012, Robert founded Creative IT, a consultancy focused on helping businesses manage and optimize their technology and business operations.

When the pandemic accelerated remote work, Robert responded by building RemoteOS, a proprietary platform that streamlines IT management, onboarding, compliance, and equipment logistics for distributed teams. Today, RemoteOS serves as the digital backbone for remote-first companies, and Creative IT is recognized as one of the most trusted IT managed service providers in the U.S.

Robert’s is the author of The Remote Operating System and creator of the RemoteOS, his team helps remote based organizations scale their delivery without having to scale their operations or IT teams.
