Dr. Bobbi Wegner is a psychologist, Harvard lecturer in Organizational Psychology and Management, and founder & CEO of Groops. She is building Groops in collaboration with Harvard’s Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS), focused on measuring and strengthening team cohesion, connection, and performance in remote and hybrid organizations through live virtual team coaching and AI-powered, agentic team support.

She works with fast-growing, distributed companies navigating scale, change, and leadership transitions - helping teams improve communication, trust, and alignment. Through Groops, she combines psychology-based assessments, coaching, and real-time team insights to give leaders a clear, practical view of how their teams are functioning and where to intervene.

Her work helps organizations move beyond one-off workshops toward ongoing, human-centered support that improves collaboration, execution, and resilience in virtual environments.
