Ophir Samson is the founder and CEO of Ezra, a voice AI interviewing platform designed to help organizations identify great candidates beyond the resume. He combines deep technical expertise with extensive leadership experience across startups and large enterprises.

Ophir previously worked in autonomous driving at Aurora, business development at Uber, and generative AI initiatives at General Motors. Earlier in his career, he built and sold a voice AI coaching company that was acquired by one of the world’s largest online dating companies.

He holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics, was a researcher at MIT, earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and is also a professional magician and chef. His work focuses on building ethical, human centered AI systems that improve decision making rather than replace it.
