Nicole Richard is a product leader and culture builder who spent over two decades at National Instruments (NI) leading globally distributed teams. She scaled international product organizations, built global communities of practice, and helped redefine company-wide meeting culture for remote and hybrid work. As a self-proclaimed “meeting nerd,” Nicole cares deeply about helping distributed teams collaborate in ways that feel connected, energizing, and impactful.
