Wael Sabra is the Founder and CEO of SiiRA, a global talent platform redefining how organizations build, scale, and manage contingent workforces. A leader in workforce strategy and digital transformation, he specializes in leveraging data and technology to unlock borderless talent and power remote-first organizations. Prior to founding SiiRA, Wael held leadership roles at Altice USA and A4 Media, focusing on data-driven systems and global delivery models and started his career as a Data Engineer for UBS. He holds an M.S. in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University and B.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
